Thermal camera to detect storm damage

This classroom had water leaking into this room. The corner of the roof had blown up during high winds and storm which allowed the water to come in and leave this room all wet.

Thermal cameras help find spots that are wet in hard to reach places. Not only is water cooler than the surrounding materials, it continues to get colder as water evaporates from the surface.

Storm water is considered "black water" and the materials will need to be removed. We were able to help out this Preschool with their storm damage while working closely with their insurance company.
