Water Damage at Las Vegas Home From Roof Leak

Water Damage at this Las Vegas home was the result of an undetected roof leak. The damage to the roof was barely noticeable. However, repeated rains led to an accumulation of water and the roof had fallen. The homeowners were apprehensive. They could not tell how extensive the damage was, so they called SERVPRO to find out if the entire ceiling was going to come down. With the use of sophisticated moisture detection devices, we were able to distinguish where we needed to repair water damage. Fortunately, the affected area was isolated, so we were able to provide the homeowners with some good news. Still, we had the task of emergency water cleanup and the removal of the irreparable ceiling and insulation material before we could begin repairing the roof and drying the water stained roof trusses.
